I wanted to thank everyone involved in replacing our old AC and heating system. While this isn't a project anyone looks forward to, your team made the entire experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

From start to finish, the professionalism, quality of workmanship, and level of customer service were outstanding. Everyone was knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to answer our questions and ensure everything was done right.

We truly appreciate the care and attention to detail your team provided. It's refreshing to work with a company that takes such pride in both its work and its customers. We couldn't be happier with the results and will gladly recommend CoolTech to others as we always do.

Thank you again for a job exceptionally well done!

Management at my apartment complex uses this company for our heating and air conditioning maintenance/problems. I have had nothing but good experiences with them. The technicians are respectful, courteous, and friendly. They show up on time, work quickly yet accurately and effectively. They explain to me what they’re doing in detail if I’m curious without making it feel like I’m in the wrong for even asking questions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that’s looking.

They paid attention to detail.
There were no loose ends when they were done. We have lived here for 52 years. And the air conditioner has never worked better! I made a good choice with this company.

They were recommended by another company. The service was quick, professional and reasonably priced. Josh did a great job of finding the source of the problem and fixing it. I will be using them in the future. Great Company

Was able to get an appointment right away. Zach was able to identify our problem and fix it for us within a reasonable amount of time. He also made recommendations to us for future reference. Pricing was affordable. I would definitely use CoolTech again.
